Walking

With Brad

One foot in front of the other. Sharing the trails I love, the routes I’ve discovered, and the journey I’m still very much on.

About Me

I wasn’t always

the outdoors type

I’ve been the fat lad who struggled, made excuses, and put things off. I’m still very much on a journey. There’s no finish line I’m chasing and no end goal in sight — just an ongoing effort to enjoy life while staying active and healthy.

Walking showed me that change doesn’t have to start in a gym. For me, it started by putting one foot in front of the other and heading outside.

I’ve been very overweight in the past, and I’m not pretending I’m some kind of super model now. Far from it, and I wouldn’t want to be. I’m just working on myself, trying to trim down a little, feel better, and keep moving.

If that helps inspire someone else to do the same, then that’s a win in my book.

I’m also a doting dad toAlfieandJames, and I couldn’t do any of this without my partner in crime,Sarah.

We’ve been together for 19 years and she’s been my rock.

The Point of All This

Not About

Perfection

Walking With Brad isn’t about perfection. It’s about getting outside, doing what you can, and realising that small steps really do add up.

If you’re thinking about starting — this is your sign.

Lace up. Head out. Just go for a walk.
